1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between "us" or "we" ("Ecstasy") and the entity or person ("you", "your", or "user") that is or will be using our product ("Service" or "Services").
Your access or use of https://ecstasy.zip (the "Website") and our Services indicates that you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Services signifies that you understand, acknowledge, and accept all provisions contained herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our Services.

4. Description of the Services

Ecstasy provides a game enhancement tool. We do not guarantee that any feature or function will operate without error or disruption. We only support Windows 10 (20H2, 21H1, 21H2, 22H2) and Windows 11 (22H2, 23H2, 24H2), and if you use any other operating system, we cannot guarantee its functionality. Our products also do not work on virtual machines such as Shadow, VirtualBox, VMware or virtual private servers.

5. Licenses and Subscriptions

  1. Weekly and Monthly Plans: We offer only weekly and monthly subscriptions (collectively, the "Licenses"). These Licenses are classified as Products under these Terms and Conditions.
  2. License Requirement: You must purchase one of these Licenses to create an account on our Website, and activate a minimum subscription time to access the dashboard and utilize any part of our product. Without an active License, you will neither be able to register an account nor increment your subscription time.
  3. Integrated Services: Although these Licenses are integrated into the Services we provide, each License requires a separate purchase for use. You can purchase multiple Licenses and redeem them on the same account at any time, doing so will increment your subscription time.
  4. Additional Terms: Specific payment terms, renewal policies, and other relevant details will be provided during the purchase process.

6. No Warranties and No Liability for Banishment or Suspension

  1. No Warranties: We provide our Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. No Responsibility for Bans: We are not responsible for any banishment, suspension, or penalty you might incur in any game resulting from the use of our Services. You acknowledge that the use of our Services can carry inherent risks.
  3. Functionality Limitations: Some functions may not work correctly, and we are not obligated to fix or modify them.
  4. No Refund or Compensation: If not specified, we do not offer compensation or refunds of any kind. You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

7. License Deactivation

We reserve the right to terminate your license and your access to our Website or Services at our sole discretion, without notice and without specifying a reason. You also acknowledge that in cases such as payment disputes or violation of this Agreement, your license and access may be permanently disabled. If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from buying a new License and/or using our Services under your own name or the name of a third party without our prior written consent.

8. Eligibility and Prohibited Use

  1. Association with Game Dev/Anticheat Companies: You are not allowed to use our Services if you, or someone you are connected to, are associated with any game development or anticheat company.
  2. Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to debug, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our products.
  3. Sharing/Reselling: You may not share or resell our products under any circumstances.
  4. Attacks Prohibited: You may not attempt any type of attack (e.g., DDoS) against our site or servers.
  5. Payment Method Authorization: You can only use the payment method for which you have the proper authority or permission.
  6. Disputes and Chargebacks: Disputing a payment will permanently disable your account and might result in legal action.
  7. Use of Videos/Images: If you use videos/images of our Services, they must include our logo, clearly visible and not cut out. You are responsible for correctly hiding your account details to maintain your own privacy.
  8. Acceptance or Prohibition: If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services. Breaking any of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services.

9. User Responsibilities

  1. Local Law Compliance: By using our Services, you take responsibility for following any local laws that might apply.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under it.

  3. Compatibility and Risks: You acknowledge that by using our Services, you risk potential penalties in your game(s). We are not liable if a game developer or third-party service decides to restrict or ban your account as a result of your actions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

12. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  1. Ownership: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including but not limited to any software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Ecstasy.
  2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software.
  3. Trademarks: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

13. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ecstasy. The failure of Ecstasy to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Ecstasy regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind.
